Simon Fraser University offers a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a Major (or Honors) in Behavioural Neuroscience.
The following information is crucial for transfer students to know:
- Transfer students cannot transfer directly into the program but are required to first apply to SFU Faculty of Science or Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and then apply for admission (internal transfer) to the Behavioural Neuroscience program.
- Transfer students are therefore strongly advised to transfer to SFU before completing all lower division requirements as at least 5 courses from Set 1 and Set 2 MUST be taken at SFU, to form the basis of the program approval GPA for entry into the Behavioural Neuroscience major/honors program.
- Admission into the Behavioural Neuroscience program is competitive. All SET 1 and 2 courses completed at SFU will be included in the approval GPA.

The following 5 courses must be completed prior to applying to the program. A C- grade or higher is required in each course, with a C grade or higher required for SFU PSYC 201W.
